Baby steps and patience

I feel content today in hearing this beautiful message from my Higher Self:

You´re already stepping into your own Divine Self – can´t you see it? And you ARE taking baby steps that will lead to big steps and all, you know that. Just be patient and trust me. I am watching and tending to you carefully. Be sure of that my child. I love you and will always and all is well. Keep up the good work! Keep showing up and keep practing. All is well. All is in divine order. Just listen, trust and follow your heart!!

Hope this resonates to you on some level and can help you clarify some things to yourself as well.

2012! Happy Now Year!

Happy New Year!!

Are you crazy Ana? I guess the time to say Happy New Year is long gone. Well… not really. Dates are a convention. Chinese are living the year 4.000 and their new year is after ours, so…

New Year is every day. Every day is a chance to start anew, to make our lives new and transform ourselves and make “new year resolutions”. It is up to us to see every day in this light. As a beautiful  poem by Brazilian poet Carlos Drummond de Andrade says in the poem “Receita de Ano Novo (Recipe for a New Year):

“It´s inside you that the New Year

Dozes and has been waiting since always.”

I believe that. And 2012 was still dozing inside of me, but I think I´m waking up now! Woke up to self-love and self-awareness and joy and it is in this mode that I am writing this post today hoping you will also wake up to the beauty of life and to the miracles that we can choose to see and make every day, regardless of dates, years or whatever. As Jason Mraz posted in his blog a long time ago, I wish you (and myself) a HAPPY NOW YEAR!!

Miracles are everywhere

Miracles happen every day. I know it sounds cliché now that so many have talked about this, but I will repeat it here, since we need to repeat things that are new for us or that we are beginning to see with our own eyes: the universe showers and blesses us every day with lots of miracles!!! Just look around and you will find them everywhere - be it in a lovely (double) rainbow that comes to remind us of beauty and love all around us or in just waking up to a new brand day. So, be aware of miracles, look for them, rejoice in them and bathe in them.  Today, I share with you some of the miracles that greeted me first thing in the morning as I opened my windows: double rainbows and gorgeous colors in the sky! and a wonderful sunset!!

Just Be

What do I want for today? Peace, calm, flow and harmony. May today be covered with blessings that warm the soul and heart and makes us see that all is in divine order. Just be with things as they are. Trust that it is all good and all things are exactly as they should be. This brings peace. This brings harmony and calmness. This brings tranquility as in a still lake which is full of live. Just be. Just be you. Just be one with the sun, the clouds, the sky. Even if it is a cloudy and gray sky as today. Just accept it. Just be with it. Just be with you and cherish everything.

11.11.11 Rebirth!

I was away. It was a time to heal, to think, to nurture. But today I am back. And I love this date! I read this about this day on the internet and it is so meaningful to me:
